ONE-TO-MANY ANI MAPPING
SCHEDULED MAPPING OVERRIDE
  • A RouteSense pool is a configuration of multiple service provider trunks and unique CLID (Caller Line Identifiers) grouped together to optimize outbound call routing.

  • Each pool employs advanced selection algorithms to choose the best-performing identities, ensuring high call success rates and balanced usage.

  • ​By managing these pools, RouteSense enhances call success rates, reliability, and resource efficiency across communication campaigns.

  • RouteSense leverages the Automatic Number Identification (ANI) presented by the customer's dialler system to effectively map dialler campaigns to specific RouteSense pools.

  • This setup facilitates detailed per-campaign business intelligence reporting, offering valuable insights into campaign performance and outcomes.

  • Further enhancing the campaign-to-pool mapping via ANI, RouteSense also offers schedule-based campaign-to-pool mappings.

  • This feature extends the flexibility and control of outbound dialling campaigns by allowing administrators to override the standard ANI-based mapping on a scheduled basis.

  • Administrators can pre-define specific time periods during which an alternate RouteSense pool will be used for a particular campaign, like scheduling events in a calendar application like Outlook
